got out of jail there. Whilst their keeper made a few great saves, we just aren't convincing and dominant even against that standard of team. Had hoped this would have been another turning point. Oh well

Bit harsh..
I think we were worth our draw on a Sunday league pitch.. On a different day we'd have won quite confortably but their keeper made three super saves.
They look decent in possession and played some nice football but didn't create much..

Worrying though that on a better pitch Eastleigh's superior football may tell.
Why, are we not going to be playing on a better pitch too?

Chin up, we've just spawned our way into a replay. Extra cash and a chance to stay in the cup. Home game too. Everything to play for.

Plus y'know, Trotter is now cup tied so there's less chance of someone swooping in and taking him off our hands.

Which is a load of my mind.

Fair result between two evenly matched teams.

That's how I saw it as well. We'll beat them at home on a proper pitch.

Narr we were lucky there, they had some right chances. Shame for them - they could of got a draw against a real team.

Dervites a cnut. Is derik or pisano (holding cb) seriously worse?
Danns, vela, pratley all anonymous. But it was a shit pitch and fair fcuks for sticking at it.

A fair draw. I'm just thankful we came out of that with no injuries.

Everyone is saying this but Amos made one save of note.. and Wheater cleared a scrambled mess off the line when there was a fan on the pitch...
Dervite was their only other shot on target their keeper made three top class saves, the one from Prattleys curler was an absolute worldie
It'll be a good game on a decent pitch but I think the cabbage patch caused us more problems than them.

There was 2 halves of football! They were better than us first 45 and had chances as well.

As a positive I thought Woolery looked handy enough. Much prefer he got some game time as opposed to signing ameobi on / keeping wellington.

I was screaming for him to come on! if Clough is still around (doubt it). I'd like to see him and Woolery up top in the replay.

I'm not sure I was joking. Looked like 2 fairly evenly matched sides and we seemed to play as well as I've seen us play for the best part of a year.
