See, I would have used the phrase "tapped off" but I presume they mean the same thing.
You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.
Yes, you can stare into the abyss, but it's staring right back.

You're right, it's either trapped or tapped off. It's been a while since I did either!

errrm. Not sure they are the same.

Trapped off: said things he shouldn't have, yawped. Basically he opened his big gob
Tapped off: pulled, had sex with. Basically she opened her big gob

Morning. Our assistant manager Steve Walford is on press conference duties today. He'll be previewing the @eastleighfc tie from 9am. #BWFC

Am I reading too much into this? Is it usual that Lennon doesn't do the press conference himself?
Probably sick of the same questions - I didn't think anything was amiss and it's happened a few times. P'raps he's a bit rough
You're probably right about him being a bit rough. He was in Norwegian Blue at the weekend, had quite a bit to drink allegedly

He was in there on Sunday

Somebody put a picture on twitter as though he's not allowed

Besides, if it WAS Saturday, then we have had a better chance at getting a result

Was also my first thought! He's done a poor job and is out of his depth, but so what if he had a few beers on a Sunday? Pathetic that some tool posts it on Twitter like he's got some great scoop.

My post was merely a light hearted jape at our dire shitness. He can drink twentyfour hours a day as far as I'm concerned. (So long as it's not in my pub with all his mates blowing ecig vapours my way).

Wow. Complete with disclaimer! Nice summary of his tenure so far, couldn't argue with much you wrote.

Well said, Jugs. Much of that echoes my own thoughts and, I'm sure, others here.
