No. Please no! My eyes have only just stopped bleeding! What has been seen, cannot be unseen!Bruce Rioja wrote:You soft c*nt. No running = no brekkers = no ale. Rehab (weights/drills) has strengthened it and it's reinjured but not torn.
So my darting career can start soon!
Nice one. Park run Saturday?
Oh, and THAT video may appear on here too.

Well done Bruce. How far is that?
Did my third aquaton in the series of five tonight. Just over 40 minutes but I felt strong. Knee is stiff but generally okay.

We just did 5K, GtE. There are parts of Radcliffe that I didn't know exist, like a stretch of canal for one.Gary the Enfield wrote:Bruce Rioja wrote:Just ran round Radcliffe, in the rain. Didn't melt but may have got trench-foot!

S-i-L's sister's only been running for the past couple of months and really struggles over the last 1K, but she'll get there.
Glad you're getting there, mate.

When I lived in Great Lever I'd run from
crompton lodges along the canal paths and banks of the irwell down to radcliffe and back through stoneclough. There are loads of great running trails all the way down to Salford or into Prestwich.

And BP, 2 of us wouldn't be much if a 'gang' would it now?

Just over 5k last night in just over 30 mins. Slowest for a long time. Had been hoping to have a bash at bettering my parkrun PB at the weekend, but not on that showing.

I'm away this week and at the risk of interrupting the homo-erotic turn this thread has taken lately(!) , a colleague of mine is running it this weekend. If you see her, I think you may be erm impressed. I think Bang Tidy (TM) may have a rival!!LeverEnd wrote:me, marshalling and brekkieBruce Rioja wrote:There's always breakfast.Burnden Paddock wrote:Just over 5k last night in just over 30 mins. Have you given her directions to the breakfast? Tell her to look for the tall handsome beast in the hi-viz jacket with the distinguished hairline. I'll show her the ropes.

This post is useless without photos! Give us a clue man. Or will it be that obvious? Should we introduce ourselves?Harry Genshaw wrote:I'm away this week and at the risk of interrupting the homo-erotic turn this thread has taken lately(!) , a colleague of mine is running it this weekend.
