Re: General Chit Chat
On walking into the brew room at work this afternoon, I offered to put the kettle on for 2 of my colleagues, but found just a single cup in the cupboard. My muttered observation to myself 'Two girls, one cup' brought a shocked "Bob"!!!!!! from the boss who'd walked in behind me unseen.
Thankfully, I'm the master of the straight face, so I feigned ignorance and asked what the matter was. I don't think I've ever seen anyone stammer like that, go that red or make such a hasty exit before.
Note to self. Be careful with cultural references.....

What a whacky week for weather. Monday ,Tuesday, sunny and mild, Wednesday pxssing down. Thursday, big winds, howling hail storms, thunder and lightning. Last night and this morning, bitter cold and snow...and it's a day short of May. Crazy..

I got to 1:36 before my bollocks decided to head north. What I want to know is how he got the ladders up and tethered in the first place.TANGODANCER wrote:Afraid of heights? Don't watch this then....![]()

Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Tosser. When he was at Blackburn he lived in a quite splendid house in the middle of Turton GC, which, apparently, when he signed for West Ham he simply abandoned.bobo the clown wrote:Lucas Neil, Aussie. Went for a long walk with the Mrs and the pooch over Rivington this morning /afternoon. We bumped into Sandy Holt who's taken to wearing his hair as a mohican fashioned into a crown. What a monumental bell end. Not that I'm brave enough to tell him mind

blimey - internet security questions have turned a shade dark...
What is the name of your least favourite child?
In what year did you abandon your dreams?
What is the maiden name of your father’s mistress?
At what age did your childhood pet run away?
In what city did you first experience ennui?
What is your ex-wife’s newest last name?
On what street did you lose your childlike sense of wonder?
When did you stop trying?
