I don’t think I’ve ever even heard of Weston - who’s that?
Lefty wingback from the B-Team.
Not sure how his politics are relevant here ghost 😉

Hopeful for a bounce back after a disappointing weekend result. Have five hours to kill before my ferry to shetland, assuming the couch is with the upholsterers I shall be here and on twitter for updates. COYWM

From scrutinising a low-res pic the BN posted, it would appear there are a few youngsters, but no Dan, in the squad tonight.
4 of them on the bench.

I like it. I mean, it looks like no other bugger is fit; but I'd love to see some young lads get on the pitch.
Rather depends on their elders and betters getting the job done.

Iredale has been harshly treated IMO. Suspect he’s had a fall out - he usually gives as good as he gets on the pitch. One bad performance and we lose his ability to play left back and centre half from the squad.

Anyone guess the formation with this team?
Same formation as all season I reckon
Aye. JOT or JDC at LWB. Arfield and Demps the 10s.

Of course many of these players could play different positions, but I’d be surprised if Evatt dropped a formation change on what must only have been one training session.

If JOT can only play RWB does that mean JDC at LWB? Or can JOT play LWB keeping JDC at RWB? :conf: And that's a fairly strong first XI for a cup game.

He made some comments at the start of the season about expecting to get a run in the side. It may be that he's seen that a half-speed Johnston is preferred and asked to leave.

Good luck to him if so. He's not been the same player since his knee injury, but at his best he's too good for a League One bench.

Or, given it's Jack, he could just be injured :conf:

If Iredale is going it does rather expose us at LWB (not that Jack is one bar in emergency) IF Williams is injured.

Maybe Williams is being given more recovery time to ensure he doesn't breakdown again which allows JOT to get up to speed quicker as he's relatively fitter than Randy at the moment?

Hope it's not just a "look how strong we are" with a third string goalie, a couple of flag men and a car park attendant on the pitch. We need a strong win tonight. :oyea:

Good chance for me to become more enthused by Arfield.

Some serious apathy over here around yon wee Scot.

Stick one in from 30 yards, lad. Prove me wrong.

Thommo hitting no-look passes off his weaker foot. Can't play, that kid.

My thoughts exactly. Getting the view of its nice if it works out but not expecting much. Same view as Jerome really, hence the apathy.
