West Ham are complete failures! Let's all laugh at 'em!

There ARE other teams(we'd have no-one to play otherwise) and here's where all-comers can discuss the wider world of football......

They're horrendous, aren't they? Have caused much merriment on the West Ham forums.

I'll do you three for a tenner. You can't say fairer than that...

Fozzy, I understand that West Ham will not receive a penny of any Tevez sale. Does that mean it would be a "third party" getting the money, and if so, what of the third party agreement that was supposedly torn up?

I'm no legal expert, but what I understand is that Tevez was loaned to us, and that the third party contract 'influencing' his movement was torn up. We control his registration - which was never illegal - despite Whelan & McCabe's protests.

Forgive me, I'm no legal expert but can one party to a contract just rip it up when it suits them? If it is possible, can I now rip up my mortgage agreement and just keep my house?

Well, yes, a party can commit a repudiatory breach and cancel the contract.

But then, of course, the other party to the contract can sue.

what power could they have in these matter?

do the honours fifa
If this were a case involving possible punishment for Spain, Liverpool, Mexico, etc. this would dismay me as FIFA are laughably biased. However, unlike the FA I doubt they give a crap about the "Academy of Football" or them winning the World Cup so I doubt they'll show them the same preposterous favoritism.

Edouard Cisse's shot is charged down by Ivan Campo and the ball breaks to Jay-Jay Okocha...
Image

Okocha shows superb balance to hold off the challenge of Joe Cole and bear down on the West Ham goal...

As West Ham back off, Okocha lets fly with a shot that screams past David James and into the top left-hand corner of the net.
