It's a record.

Was going to post this on the Trotter forum, but these things tend to go off track:

A record for me at least because......come the stroke of midnight tonight I'll have been a Trotter supporter for (dare I say it?) "sixty years"! ( well, actually it won't be that till Boxing Day but tis my 68th birthday tommorrow)

Yes folks, my first match was at the age of eight and I've supported the Superwhites ever since. Never regretted a day of it although, over the years they've made me cheer and weep in equal doses. From Nat to Davo, embankment to East Lower, there's only ever been one team for me and ever will be. Hail to the Wanderers. :oyea:

Well done, TANGO, my heartiest of good wishes are at this very moment winging their way across the oceans to tap you on the shoulder, whisper in your ear and sit down with you Friday evening and share a cyberpint.

Indeed CAPS indeed, it lasts a lifetime in the head, although the body is a little further ahead; about 32 maybe. :P
