Customers calling in talking to you like shit, effing and blinding at you about something you had nothing to with then expecting you to helop/sort it out and when you have not done this within minutes are back on effing and blinding etc!
Customer may always be right but put phone down on the last one, stupid ignorant cnut, can find out himself where his parts are, I no longer care

I work in shipping, and a couple of years ago, there were winds in excess of safety levels. One bloke didn;t get word and stayed in his crane, lifting containers out of the ship. The crane snapped and he fell (in his cabin) breaking most of the bones in his body, but thankfully surviving despite being in critical condition. A customer of mine demanded that I phone the port in order to get somebody else on the other crane and get his container off, so we could deliver it to his customer. He honestly didn't care about peoples lives..
