Can't remember LGM. Been to a few gentlemens' evenings and the food was generally quite simple but decent. It must have been posh cos we had cheese and biscuits and coffee and mints, or so it says on the menu.

It was WW. Some of the other were very good too. Funniest incident happened at a Paul Allott night though. First prize in the raffle was a signed cricket bat and was won, to loud boos, by young Michael Axford. One of his mates won another prize, which was a handsaw donated by Axfords. Young MA went to the toilets and got back in time to see his mate just on the point of sawing the cricket bat in half.
