I understand the model he will have implanted is a refabrillator.

Any chance we could fit SKD with a pacemaker, or does it not work like that..?

This is amazing.
Well, correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't this 'mini-difibrilator' normally called a 'pacemaker' ??

Interesting also that within a day's news we have "he'll be back training by the end of the month" AND "we've boxed-up the momento's so he can take a look at them when he's well enough".

Journo's are feasting on this whole thing.

It can't be long before we have some dick doing an expose on him for parking misdemeanours.
I'm no expert but I believe, a defibrilator is there to restart the heart if it stops beating, or if it speeds up too much and consequently stops pumping bloody.

Whereas a pacemaker only maintains the heart rhythm, ie. wouldn't do anything if your heart stopped.....
BWFC-I is basically right. You give them for different things.

no need. the imminent beginning of a transfer window/contract extension talks ensures more effort on the Bulgars part

I can't get over how much of a machine he is.

If/when he steps back on that pitch, it will be the loudest cheer from a Reebok crowd for many a season.

What a man.

And on the plus side, when we're relegated, if Muamba comes back, can't see anyone rushing in to buy him!

And if we're clever we won't bring back LCY this season either. Then we'll have LCY, Holden and Muamba players you'd normally lose when relegated but because of injuries/health scares we might be able to keep them all for a season...... :pissed:

My thoughts exactly.

We could have quite some team in the Chumpionship.

imagine...a team only good enough for the championship, actually IN the championship - the possibilities are endless !

From today's press

"Reports that Muamba could return to training in a month are rather optimistic, although it is possible that he could make an appearance at Bolton's Euxton HQ before the end of the season and even take part in a gentle workout if doctors give him the all-clear."

A tad more realistic I think.
