An alternative website is suggesting that Wigan are putting a £3m bit together for Chungy, once Moses goes.
Be very disappointed if he went to the Piedome

It would indeed ... it'd cost us about, errr £0.Harry Genshaw wrote:Has Owen Hargreaves got himself a club yet? I expect if a Prem club doesn't come calling for him soon he may have to lower his sights - pay as you play deal could be good for us?

Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

Its Wiggin. How alternative can it be? Curry sauce on pies for tea instead of gravy?TKIZ! wrote:An alternative website is suggesting that Wigan are putting a £3m bit together for Chungy, once Moses goes.

No way would we let Chungy go for £3m. He's worth far more than that. We don't need to sell anyone so unless we get offered a crazy deal, no more players will leave us, I don't think.
Re: Jaffka's gossip thread on the ins and outs at the 'Bok
If there was talk about Mark Davies not going for £6m I'd be gobsmacked, nay, astounded if Lee went for 3!

Lets just be clear, this "rumour" is just on a blog. Presumably someone thought the blog wasn't getting enough attention.......

Thought I'd read somewhere that he's had to give up and was now undertaking an FA coaching course.bobo the clown wrote:It would indeed ... it'd cost us about, errr £0.Harry Genshaw wrote:Has Owen Hargreaves got himself a club yet? For those talking about loaning Romeu apparently could be back on his way to Barca as they agreed a buy back price when they sold him to Chelsea and with Keita gone they need a replacement.

According to chelsea they dont have a buyback clause, just a first refusal clause.Tals-biggest-fan wrote:For those talking about loaning Romeu apparently could be back on his way to Barca as they agreed a buy back price when they sold him to Chelsea and with Keita gone they need a replacement.

I would never, ever link to another BWFC forum or site from here. This is the only place I frequent BWFC wise. I get the majority of my stuff off Newsnowofficer_dibble wrote:Cunningly TKIZ didn't link it so he/she isn't getting any traffoc from here...mwahahaha

Also read this, but can't see anyone paying even £3 million, until he proves his fitness.

Doubt that will happen. He chose to invoke the leave clause in his contract. If he'd wanted to stay, probably terms could have been negotiated. He didn't. He made the chioce, not Bolton. Can't see a back-track happening.TKIZ! wrote:Could we put an offer in and just ask him to come back?Dave Sutton's barnet wrote:Reo-Coker hasn't...Harry Genshaw wrote:Has Owen Hargreaves got himself a club yet?

He decided he didn't want to stay and fight. I'd sooner pick Muamba's son than sign somebody back who wanted to leave the club - especially with no other move lined up.TANGODANCER wrote:Doubt that will happen. If NRC hasn't got a club by the time the season begins I will begin pacing out the distance on that very top step between the Lions so as to mark out the absolute centre ...

How does the contract thing work if he doesnt find a club? can we re-sign him by reinstating his contract?

Indeed. Can you imagine the re-introduction? "Right guys, here's a guy that considers himself superior to you, blames you all and not himself for relegation, thinks the Championship beneath him but couldn't get arrested at Barclay's Premier League level, Nigel Reo Coker".BWFC_Insane wrote:Could offer him a new contract......officer_dibble wrote:How does the contract thing work if he doesnt find a club? can we re-sign him by reinstating his contract?

Good luck with that.
