Although I suspect the truth is more complex than that - most paintings of St Nicholas which pre-date Coca Cola show him wearing something that is predominantly red.

And you would be correct.
Santa Claus is an American concept developed from a Dutch folklore that connects back to Saint Nicholas. Saint Nicholas was very early on associated with pagan ideas of mid winter. The green suit came about through the synthesis with pagan nature spirits, and the fur trimming was added fom similar sources. Some paintings of St Nicholas show him in Orthodox robes, which are primarily red in the St Petersburg region (although mostly yellow in the Moscow and Kiev patriarchies, and mostly green in the Armenian Orthodox tradition).
The modern santa suit was first drawn by Thomas Nast and also featured on the cover of Harper's Weekly. Nast was inconsistent in which colour he drew Santa, mostly green, but sometimes red, and blue, and yellow versions are known.
Haddon Sundblom drew images of Santa in advertising for the Coca-Cola Company since 1931. Sundblom's work certainly changed the perception of Santa Claus, especially in Europe, where, although St Nicholas was associated with Christmas prior to the introduction of an Americanised Santa Claus, he didn't hold the same gift giving role.
Prior to Santa Claus in Europe, the gift giver was St Stephen, as in the feast of Stephen, and Boxing Day (which was the day that Victorians gave and opened presents). Santa Claus has virtually evicted St Stephen out of his role.
So yes, all very complex, but essentially the statement can still be made that Coca-Cola gave Santa his red suit.

Unfortunately I believe that you are mixing Dysania up with another condition that has similar symptoms - "Bone Idleness", which is a disorder at the extreme end of the "Laziness" spectrum.

I think you need to make the distinction between the difference of 'weed' - purple haze, skunk, sensi, etc; and hashish. Hash is block and varieties include red leb, moroccan green/red/brown, or 00 (zero zero, phew! ) nepalese black temple balls, afghani black, (gold/silver/red seal). Indian manali etc.
You wouldn't want to go shopping and pick up the wrong stuff now would you? It'd be like buying a pint of goat's milk when you just wanted semi skimmed....

That's true... unfortunately my days of milk shopping are long gone. There was a time when I'd be buying in bulk off my milkman, a weight at a time, or quarters when brassic. The joys of youth.
