surely it depends which elephant you are talking to? surely for at least some - it'll still be their mother?

A little known fact i learnt today is that less germs are spread by kissing someone then by shaking their hand.

Iceland consumes more Coca-Cola per capita than any other nation.
Coca-Cola was originally green.
Coca-Cola gave Santa Claus his red suit, before that he wore a fur trimmed green suit.

Although I suspect the truth is more complex than that - most paintings of St Nicholas which pre-date Coca Cola show him wearing something that is predominantly red.

And you would be correct.
Santa Claus is an American concept developed from a Dutch folklore that connects back to Saint Nicholas. Saint Nicholas was very early on associated with pagan ideas of mid winter. The green suit came about through the synthesis with pagan nature spirits, and the fur trimming was added fom similar sources. Some paintings of St Nicholas show him in Orthodox robes, which are primarily red in the St Petersburg region (although mostly yellow in the Moscow and Kiev patriarchies, and mostly green in the Armenian Orthodox tradition).
The modern santa suit was first drawn by Thomas Nast and also featured on the cover of Harper's Weekly. Nast was inconsistent in which colour he drew Santa, mostly green, but sometimes red, and blue, and yellow versions are known.
Haddon Sundblom drew images of Santa in advertising for the Coca-Cola Company since 1931. Sundblom's work certainly changed the perception of Santa Claus, especially in Europe, where, although St Nicholas was associated with Christmas prior to the introduction of an Americanised Santa Claus, he didn't hold the same gift giving role.
Prior to Santa Claus in Europe, the gift giver was St Stephen, as in the feast of Stephen, and Boxing Day (which was the day that Victorians gave and opened presents). Santa Claus has virtually evicted St Stephen out of his role.
So yes, all very complex, but essentially the statement can still be made that Coca-Cola gave Santa his red suit.

Jehovah’s Witnesses believe that 144,000 people will reside in Heaven with Jesus after Armageddon, which is imminent.
There are 7.78 million evangelical Jehovah’s Witnesses at present.
But it is a little known fact that most Jehovah’s Witnesses don’t want to be in the ‘little flock’ (of 144,001) who go to heaven. The majority aspire to be resurrected from the common grave after Armageddon to join the ‘other sheep’ who will ‘graze the pastures of Paradise on Earth’ in everlasting life.

Paradoxically however, this everlasting life will last just one thousand years until Judgement Day.

I don't know a lot about Charlie Manson... I'm going to have to research him. Is he the nutter that killed that pregnant actress in a Hollywood mansion??

People who stay up late at night are more likely to be intelligent then those that go to bed early.

"Dysania" is the state of finding it hard to get out of bed in the morning. Good to know my condition has a name! :)

Unfortunately I believe that you are mixing Dysania up with another condition that has similar symptoms - "Bone Idleness", which is a disorder at the extreme end of the "Laziness" spectrum.

I do
But I didn't used to, when I was younger and my brain cells were developing, I'd stay up for days on end :D

Many plants have common or garden names in addition to their scientific name. Some of those plants also have common names associated with the products derived from them. It is a little known fact that the plant with the largest number of common (or street) names for it and its products is a lowly plant, a member of the angiosperms, called Cannabis sativa. Here are just some of its street names:
marijuana, hashish, hash, ganja, dope, pot, grass, weed, blow, puff, hemp, doobie, herb, shit, mary jane, score, smoke, bud, bhang, head, sensi, bo bo, bob hope, bob, bush, catnip, doings, draw, gong, haze, ju ju, kali, rocky, laughing grass, tea, locoweed, hay, skunk, resin, mother, parsley, homegrown, primo, lid, 13, Indica, purple haze, M, rabbit tobacco, square, Rastaweed, righteous, zigzag, stuff, straw, trees, twist, wacky baccy

and here is a list of just some of its varieties: Thai stick, red Leb, Moroccan black, Acapulco gold, Kashmiri green, Panama red, Paki black

which can be enjoyed in these forms amongst others: spliff, joint, reefer, happy fag, toke, bong, jive stick, pipe, kouchie

to produce these results: High, Stoned, Out of it, Spaced, Whacked, Off your face.

I think you need to make the distinction between the difference of 'weed' - purple haze, skunk, sensi, etc; and hashish. Hash is block and varieties include red leb, moroccan green/red/brown, or 00 (zero zero, phew! ) nepalese black temple balls, afghani black, (gold/silver/red seal). Indian manali etc.
You wouldn't want to go shopping and pick up the wrong stuff now would you? It'd be like buying a pint of goat's milk when you just wanted semi skimmed....

That's true... unfortunately my days of milk shopping are long gone. There was a time when I'd be buying in bulk off my milkman, a weight at a time, or quarters when brassic. The joys of youth. :|

I thought Blow was cocaine?

Another manifestation of the popular method of smoking grass/ hashish is the Doobie. Hence, the Doobie Brothers.
