He's been with us since he was about 3 ... & so counts as home-grown I believe.plymouth wanderer wrote:Get rid of Bogdan and buy Carson!!
Where gonna need to get the number of home-grown players up for when we qualify for the Chumpsion League
...& Hungarianland is in the EEC so that allows some latitude also.
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

according to skyspurts...
A host of clubs are battling for the signature of Nicky Bailey, Sky Sports understands.
The 29-year-old is available on a free transfer after leaving Middlesbrough at the end of the season.
The former Charlton midfielder is now on the radar of a host of Championship clubs.
Relegated duo Reading and Queens Park Rangers, along with Ipswich, Burnley, Blackburn and Bolton are all understood to be keen on Bailey.
His former club Charlton are also monitoring the situation.

For people who know what is going on, can you start a thread to benefit those of us who get easily confused, and on this new thread, that those of you who know what is going on, can you post a summary of all those who are actually going or coming, whilst leaving all the twitterstition and in the know stuff to happily fester and procreate here and elsewhere. Would, by those not in the know, and probably never will be, be much appreciated.

Can't be Austen. That's only £3.8m at today's exchange rate.TKIZ! wrote:A gentleman on Twitterrerererreer is suggesting that a bid of £5m+ is needed to get this 'star striker', Nixon says "It would have to be".
I'll go Rhodes or Austin and by Austin I mean Steve Austin, the Six Million Dollar man!

Agree with the 1st bit. Unsurprisingly, I disagree on your last sentence. For them, he'll be like Ian Marshall was for us in 2000/01. They get the right players around him and it could be an inspired signing for em. Hope so.officer_dibble wrote:Kev at PNE would do for me. We wont play them and I dont hate them. Out - Lainton, Alonso, Davies
Unofficial but reported by Nixon and the Bolton News so relatively certain to be true
Likely ins - Beckford, Hall, Wilkinson, Baptiste (depending if Crystal Palace snatch him from us at the last minute).
Likely Outs - Ricketts
