For the Bolton punters. Sadly the ones you want rid of are at least second choice on other club hit lists ... Ngog, Knight, Mills. #NotGood
If that's true, then surely even if he doesn't go he has to be stripped of the captaincy and plunged into oblivion for all eternity?

That is the fine line. You can't just alienate individuals when you've got no chance of replacing them. It is what Freedman was saying in that interview about wanting to move some on but it being difficult with their contract situation so having to "try and work" with them.

If we get shot of N'Gog then that means I won't keep getting him and Pratley mixed up.

May the bridges I burn light your way

Doesn't sound like we can get shot of anyone.Bruce Rioja wrote:If we get shot of N'Gog then that means I won't keep getting him and Pratley mixed up.
Perhaps one of them needs to dye their hair or sommat!

Me too!
My dad gets Pratters & Mr 89 mixed up. Mr 89 looks more like Tierney!

If that's true then surely even if he doesn't go he has to be stripped of the captaincy and plunged into oblivion for all eternity?I don't think Eddie would take too kindly to paying £25,000 a week or whatever to a player who is completely shunned and banished.

Fvck off
Out of the current centre halves and I'm going to include Baps in that knight should be last choice!

Didn't say that but you can't burn bridges. I think there is a level of blame being attached to Knight that is going overboard. Don't get me wrong he's not good. But I just don't think we're fixed by dropping him like some might suggest. Obviously getting shut and having his wages to play with would be ideal.plymouth wanderer wrote:
so Knight has to play cus he's on a high wage

Personally I'd play him ahead of Wheater at the moment at least. And Baptiste will have to play right back for me.

If Knight starts the next game......I'll lose a hell of a lot of respect not just for Dougie, But he has Lennie sat beside him and Curtis Fleming.

Perhaps they think that we don't have better options?IggyTheDawgster wrote:If Knight starts the next game......I'll lose a hell of a lot of respect not just for Dougie, But he has Lennie sat beside him and Curtis Fleming.

I would like to try other things out definitely but should Wheater be playing either?
Re: The "Nothing to see here"Transfer thread
It's getting to the point where I'd be glad to see Knight and N'Gog go without being replaced just so he can't pick them anymore.

Anything is worth a try. It's just not working, We can all see that by now.BWFC_Insane wrote:Perhaps they think that we don't have better options?IggyTheDawgster wrote:If Knight starts the next game......I'll lose a hell of a lot of respect not just for Dougie, But he has Lennie sat beside him and Curtis Fleming.

Far too many mistakes, and you're right, It's not just knight, but he has been the one guilty of the most individual errors that have lead to us directly conceding a goal. It must start with him out for someone different.

Swansea sign loan striker from Getafe. So that's what Laudrup meant.

Scathing, but there's a point there.Prufrock wrote:It's getting to the point where I'd be glad to see Knight and N'Gog go without being replaced just so he can't pick them anymore.
I think Ngog might - might - play well in a well-organised team. But I've been saying that for a year or two and it's not happened.

not so - BWFCi said dougie loved Ngog and would build his team around his awesome ball-hold-upability this season - then form an ace partnership with beckford...Lord Kangana wrote:BWFCi.

And? He's clearly trying to raise funds and selling NGog was one of the few ways we had a chance of that, but seemingly now even that isn't possible.thebish wrote:not so - BWFCi said dougie loved Ngog and would build his team around his awesome ball-hold-upability this season - then form an ace partnership with beckford...Lord Kangana wrote:BWFCi.
