Okay - I've looked it up elsewhere. This is quite interesting. It looks like the doctors were entrapped by journalists into agreeing to do gender based abortions. These appear to be against UK law. However, no actual abortion took place, so I'd like our lawyers views on the matter.

I understand your point Bobo but if it was a clear as you make out it is then why have the CPS not prosecuted? Maybe 'not in the public interest' considers the cost to the public purse versus the likely prospect of a conviction. If it was my decision then i'd prosecute in a flash

Were I defending them I might muddy the waters. If someone approaches you to break the law, you might agree for a number of non-criminal reasons. "She was desperate and I feared she might harm herself it I refused, Milord. Of course I was playing for time and would never have done it." They will have misrepresented themselves, but that doesn't mean the information gained, if illegality was found, is any less illegal.

By the same token, those nobs who glance at their watch disapprovingly when i piss off at 11am on a Friday – ive done three hours every other morning before youre even out of bed you dick!

Also, is it me, or is it rude for someone to ask you how much things cost? I hate being put in that position and struggle to find a retort other than the truth. Went in the pub at weekend saw a mate of the mrs, she asked what id bought for her birthday, i told her – she goes, “bloody hell – how much did that set you back!?” felt like glassing the bitch.
