Re: The Christmas thread
I would disagree with you on that. We had real ones as kids, they were ok. The fake one we have looks far better than any real one I've had....just a personal thing..

You need a proper HR team Bruce.Bruce Rioja wrote:Ah well, the gaffer doesn't like it one bit - thinks that fake trees are shit and that we should have a real one. Lines about the tossers in HR once again imposing their shite on us without any consultation whatsoever abound.bobo the clown wrote:Strikes me as a "if they think we're doing this again well they can fck-off .... let's make such a pig's ear of it they ask sales next year !!"

Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

But deep down you know they are fake, they aren't real. Doesn't that irritate you? It does me! Maybe I'm easily irritated!Annoyed Grunt wrote:I would disagree with you on that. You mean you'd rather have a real-live dead tree for decoration than an imitation dead tree for the same thing?Gooner Girl wrote:But deep down you know they are fake, they aren't real. When I arrived home, Owd Dorris from next door was out. She asked, looking at the lights over the road "And when are you putting your tree up, Bruce?" She was amused by my reply of "Sometime near Christmas", bless her.Worthy4England wrote:They're all wierdo's round your way. Re: The Christmas thread
I have an awesome playmobil nativity set that I (Cough... the kids...) love playing with. Here are some slightly less awesome ones. I know Bish collects nativity's, would you like one of these for your pressie this year?!
