On another note, anything to see in or around town?

Go and see the Art Gallery and Museum on Le Mans Crescent. Lots of local history. You can't miss it if you keep aiming for the clock on top of the Town Hall.

You could then go and have tea in the Octagon Theatre café and soak up some of the atmosphere our forum literati and culturati are always banging on about.

Just checked the 'Tangerine sherbet' thread. (For those who don't remember, that was last year's equivalent to this one). That made it to 4 pages pre-match.

Not sure whether the fact that this one's made it to 8 pages pre-match indicates that most people were more interested in talking about the football last year, or whether 12 months on, more people have been driven to drink.
