Read it and weep...
Remember the days of Okocha, Djorkaeff, Hierro, Anelka et al?
Well here's a quotation from Mark Iles's recent piece in the Bolton News about the pre-season Scandinavian trip. So far as I can tell, there's no irony intended.
"...Dougie Freedman was forced to leave behind a handful of big names – Keith Andrews and Tom Eaves being the obvious examples."
