...whippet kennel, pulease.

I think 13 stone is the top end of my acceptable weight on BMI

It really is utter bollocks - last time I looked like that The Cars made a video

So being around 10 stone, I just can't imagine

Have you got those twiggy little legs?

Judging by his meltdown on the politics thread I reckon he looks like this.

Your BMI results
Your ideal weight is 73 - 91 kilograms.
Your body mass index is 33.07.

Fat as feck then. When I once got down to 13 stones I got sick and fed up of people asking me if I had Aids. That thing's telling me that I should be somewhere between 11.5 and 14.3 stones. :?

BMI 25
Healthy weight for my range is 8st 10lbs - 11st 11lbs. That's some fecking range!! :?

I was 11st 8lbs at my last weigh in. Think I may be a couple of pounds heavier by now.

It's good this thing that thebish discovered;

I've just had veg soup and leftover chicken for dinner, entered it in at it says I can still have;

884 calories
143(g?) carbs
39(g?) fat
1g of protien
1,539 somethings of sodium
and 25g of sugar.

A supper of sausage, chips and gravy it is then. :mrgreen:

weigh-day today

This week I have lost 3lb 6oz - meaning that I have lost over 13lbs in 4 weeks
(not quite the 14lbs=1stone - a few ounces short!)

next tuesday I hope to be celebrating my first stone lost milestone! 8)

Very good going, Bish. You may have mentioned this elsewhere, but are you taking exercise also?

errr... :oops: ummmmm...... :oops:

i have every intention of building 30mins cardio on the cross-trainer 3 or 4 times a week into my routine - and will probably go back to doing pull-ups/chin-ups with my door-frame pull-up device (which i stopped doing when i hurt my shoulder in that m/bike accident a while back) and also the crunches with that ab-crunch thing that i have gathering dust in the garage...

i can, however now at least see some of my old abs-definition - which I couldn't 4 weeks ago.. some of it is still there having lain hidden undet the flab!

Why don't you take up swimming?! Much kinder on all your aching, creaking injured joints ;) Or get your push bike out again!

Not had a good week on the eating/drinking/exercise front. Amazed to weigh myself this morning and find that I've only put on a single, solitary pound. Lost half a stone in total in 4 weeks. A run today will hopefully get me back on track, but the big danger is being away for almost a week. Running shoes will be packed!!
