If you have a life outside of BWFC, then this is the place to tell us all about your toilet habits, and those bizarre fetishes.......

If so it's apparently some German Baron who is in line! Unlikely I'd say.

He was mostly Polish the last time round.

Nationality doesn't matter in the game of crowns.

I have been nothing other than a casual observer of this. However, it seems to me that we are headed for a very close 'no' vote. That, to my mind, would suit all parties involved. Salmond and the rest of the 'yes' voters would be satisfied with the increased powers afforded to them by Westminster and the pro-union voters happy that Scotland remains a part of the United Kingdom.

Does that sound about right, or have I massively misunderstood it all?

I suspect your particular part of the south benefits from hugely favourable terms!!!

Did you post that with a wry smile on your chops? Some of us don't forget you once lived in the centre of the universe, London.

They have. Their calculations show a 79% certainty of "No" .... not a 79/21 vote result.

That'd be funny though.
Not advocating mass-murder as an entirely positive experience, of course, but it had its moments.

I believe thebish has this about right. Possibly a little too understated for my taste, but I'd hate to break the swear filter mid-server move.

My favourite is that patriot Sean Connery. Wants independence and told anyone that would ask that they should vote yes. Wont be in Edinburgh for the vote as (his brother quoted in Edinburgh Evening News) he only has a limited number of days he can visit Scotland for tax reasons, and needs to use them wisely

Apparently the tattoo on Connery's arm here reads 'Scotland Forever'. Obviously he's had the 'I Will Leave' bit surgically removed from just above it.

Is that the same "Sir Sean Connery" that had a beach-side villa in Spain for twenty (edit)-odd years and said he never got to talk with the locals because he couldn't understand Spanish. That Sean Connery?

Probably. Comes across as a cock to me. Maybe Salmond's cousin?

His villa was actually near San Pedro de Alcantara, where we stayed. There were so many fences around it it was no wonder he didn't communicate with the locals. They couldn't see him, never mind talk to him.

Well, I doubt the locals would know what he meant by "Dosh shrevetha" anyway. :)
