Which?
Whatever causes the producted to be adversely affected would be having an effect on the product, however the product itself would be adversely affected.

Sound Affects.
Superb album.
Superb album.
You can judge the whole world on the sparkle that you think it lacks.

and on we go, down the road to streamlining the English language into one, all-purpose word that nobody can object to. Or tell apart.

Imagine trying so hard and giving that much of a shit and wasting [not "eating" -phone!] that many people's time for something so woefully insignificant.

How muthafcking crazy is the law on divorce becoming (well I say becoming - it's already been fcuked for a long time). Apparently spouses can now claim support an unlimited time after the divorce.

You might want to remove that post about bagging a big Contract at work too - gotta be some untapped bonus in there somewhere...

I thought there was a ruling to the contrary recently? Where a judge basically said 'get a job!' to the woman in the case.

aye - this was a higher court... the supreme oneBeefheart wrote:I thought there was a ruling to the contrary recently? Where a judge basically said 'get a job!' to the woman in the case.
just to be clear - the ruling isn't (yet) that she is entitled to his cash - just that her claim cannot be dismissed summarily simply because time has passed...
the issue seems to be that they didn't sort out a "financial order" when they divorced. If they had, then there would be no issue...
lots of commentators I have heard seem to think that when it does go to court, she won't be walking out with millions...

The fact that she can even take a punt at it, shows how fcuked the system is.thebish wrote:aye - this was a higher court... the supreme oneBeefheart wrote:I thought there was a ruling to the contrary recently? Where a judge basically said 'get a job!' to the woman in the case.

Oh, she's taking a punt at it at his expense. He's paying both of their legal bills, the tab for which currently stands at £500,000.Worthy4England wrote:The fact that she can even take a punt at it, shows how fcuked the system is.thebish wrote:aye - this was a higher court... the supreme oneBeefheart wrote:I thought there was a ruling to the contrary recently? To be fair - they did have a kid together who, from what I can gather, she brought up alone without maintenance. It's not unreasonable, that he contributes to his upbringing now, if for whatever reason the law couldn't make him do so at the time
